Terms of sale

The Luxe Wedding Budget OS is a digital product: spreadsheet files and PDF guides delivered by email after payment. Prices are in Indian rupees and are charged once; there is no subscription.

Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the files for your own wedding planning. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute the files. The Pro Vault white-label licence, if purchased, lets a planning business use the white-label workbook with its own clients under the terms in that licence.

The workbook is a planning tool. Figures, tax rates and hidden-cost estimates are assumptions for planning and are not financial, tax or legal advice. Always confirm amounts with your vendors and advisers.

Refunds and cancellations

Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If a file is faulty, corrupted or will not open in Excel 365, Excel 2021 or Google Sheets, tell us within 7 days of purchase. We will send a working copy, and if we cannot fix the problem we will refund you in full to your original payment method. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days.

Privacy

We collect your name and email address at checkout to deliver your files, send your receipt and answer support requests. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card or bank details.

Our pages use cookies and advertising pixels (such as Meta) to measure visits and purchases. We do not sell your personal data. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
