Because our products are digital files delivered instantly by email, the following policy applies to all HappyNest Kits purchases.
Cancellations
Orders are processed and delivered automatically as soon as payment succeeds, so an order cannot be cancelled after payment is complete.
When we will refund you
We will give you a full refund if:
- You were charged but did not receive your files, and we are unable to deliver them within 48 hours of you contacting us.
- You were charged twice for the same order. We will refund the duplicate payment.
- The files are damaged or will not open, and we cannot send you a working replacement within 48 hours.
When refunds are not given
As digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, for buying the wrong kit, or once the files have been successfully delivered and opened. Please read each product page carefully before buying.
How to request a refund
Email support@mywishcometrue2025.xyz within 7 days of purchase with your name, the email used at checkout, the kit name and your Razorpay payment ID if you have it.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or UPI app may take a few extra days to show the amount.
