These terms apply to your use of the HappyNest Kits website and to any purchase you make from it. HappyNest Kits is operated by Shiva F.U.W, Sasaram, Rohtas, Bihar 821115, India ("we", "us"). By using this website or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
1. Our products
We sell digital products only: printable PDF kits delivered as downloadable zip files. No physical item is shipped. Each product page describes what is included.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown on each product page. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Prices may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Delivery
After a successful payment, your files are emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Any add-ons you choose are sent as separate emails. Please enter a correct email address. If you don't receive your files, see our Refund & Cancellation policy and contact us.
4. Licence to use
- Each purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and print the files for use within your own family or a single classroom.
- You may print as many copies as you need for that use.
- You may not resell, share, upload, redistribute or claim the files as your own, in whole or in part.
5. Intellectual property
All content, designs and text in our products and on this website belong to Shiva F.U.W unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright.
6. Health and educational information
Some kits, such as the baby food chart and the exam planner, contain general guidance only. They are not medical, nutritional, psychological or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional, such as your paediatrician, for advice about your child.
7. Limitation of liability
Our products are provided for general educational use. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rohtas, Bihar.
